M2 Egypt

Today I am in Egypt for the first time ever.  It is hotter than I expected.  I am in a very nice hotel.  It has a pool.  I am going to the Nile River tomorrow.

It has a delta at the end of it and it has hills around it because it has been there for so long.  Many people built their houses around it for farming.  The river floods a lot and leaves behind rich, black soil.  It is softer than sand and is good for growing things.

I am very excited because I get to see a temple that was made by a Pharaoh. His name is Ramses II.  He had 100 wives and 100 kids.  He also had statues of himself [he had hundreds].  He was also a great fighter.  So for now, goodbye.  See you tomorrow.  I have to go to bed.

Today, I am going to a pyramid for the first time.  I am getting on the boat and we are starting to move.  The water sounds cool rushing under the boat.  I am now finding out that this water is warmer than what I am used to.   

I am at the pyramid and ready to explore. This is the best place ever. There are so many side tombs and so much to learn. I am going on tour, see you in a minute...

I am back that was so cool.  I  have to go back to my hotel, see you next time.  I think on the way back I am going to get a sandwich. I hope it smells good.  I can not wait too sink my teeth into it because it is going to be my favorite, grilled cheese.  It always tastes like mom used to make.
