M8 Tenochtitlan

     Hello, For this mission I will be going to the ancient city of Tenochtitlan.  I am going with a couple of friends from out of town that you don't know.  The city is all in the middle of a lake and there are islands that the people made.  This is going to be really fun.  See you there.

     Okay we are hear and already I can see many things that stun me.  The main temple is amazing, and the town square is in front of it.  They are selling everything; Clothes, food, children, baskets, ect.  I do not know why they are selling the children.  I am going to go ask. 
"Why are you selling children?"
"They are going to be slaves."
"Okay."

     I feel bad for those kids.  They should be set free.  However there is nothing that I can do about it.  Well now we are going to go see the floating farms that they have built.  Some people have homes on them.   I wish I had a home on a floating island.  We are already at the islands and they are awesome.  People are farming and playing like its not something that is cool at all.  I guess you would get used to it.  They are growing rice and other foods that I can not make out.  It looks like hard work. 

     We are now on our way to the houses in the main island.  They are very bunched up and there is not much breathing room.  The people just do their normal every day things and we cant believe how interesting their day has been.  The houses are small and don't have many rooms.  There are mach makers throughout the city.  The kids that aren't slaves are running and playing.  The matchmakers are people that make a marriage happen.  They are set up by two families.  Well I have to head home to feed my dog. I will be back another time.

     I am safely home and and fed my dog.  See you guys next time.
